EastUnion Ltd is a close partner of the Provider Service Group, which specializes in providing a complex of services for business aviation customers.

"Provider Service" leads its history from 1993, when the company began to cooperate with the Russian air carrier "Orient Avia". "Orient Avia" was the first air carrier in Russia to buy in England a catering kitchen. First only did "Provider Service" deliver meals to the kitchen, but then "Orient Avia" made an attractive offer to "Provider Service" CEO - to take control of the kitchen.

High quality products and a variety of meals have boosted many airlines, such as "Siberia", "Continental airlines", State Transport Company "Russia", to cooperate with "Provider Service".

It became clear that it would be difficult for the company to render onboard services to all new clients, cooking meals in a small kitchen. That's why the company management has decided to expand production facilities. In 1999, "Provider Service" moved to another kitchen, much bigger than the previous one. As the catering kitchen is situated not far away from the Moscow Ring Road, all catering services can be quickly delivered to such airports as "Sheremetyevo", "Vnukovo" and "Domodedovo". Besides, the company was the first in Moscow to get the certificate and the license in the Federal Airline Service.

After 1998, most airlines began to reduce their expenses on flight meals up to 3.5 dollars. It became almost impossible to deliver quality meals even to economy class passengers. "Provider Service" didn't want to save on quality products. Then the company decided to switch to business aviation market, where healthy, quality food is of paramount importance.

Soon the number of company's customers began to soar, from several air carriers in 1997 to 50 airlines and air brokers in 2005. It was in 2005, when the company's management took a decision to create their own air carrier - "East Union" to organise flights for VIP-customers.
